The Promminer service center consists of experienced specialists who are familiar with all models of ASIC miners on the market. They are ready to provide you with professional assistance and repair of your mining equipment if necessary. If the problem cannot be solved remotely, we will provide you with instructions for sending the equipment to our center for repair.

It is important to note that the warranty does not cover cases of damage to the equipment due to improper use, non-observance of operating recommendations or physical damage caused by improper operation.

To check the warranty period, you can go to the Warranty Check section on the official website of the manufacturer of Bitmain and WhatsMiner ASIC miners, and enter the serial number (SN).
